About these terms

These terms apply to your use of luggelle.com and to purchases from Luggelle. The store is operated by Sawyglobe LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 8N-285, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA ("we", "us"). Using the store

You must be of legal age to enter a contract. Please give accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use the store lawfully.

Our product

We sell a carry-on duffle that opens into a garment bag, in two versions: Classic and Roller. Airlines set their own size and weight limits for cabin bags, and these differ by airline, route and fare. Check your airline's current limits before you fly; we publish our bag's dimensions so you can compare. Product images are illustrative; this does not affect your right to receive a product that matches its description.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The automated order confirmation acknowledges your order; we accept it when we ship it, unless your local law says otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order because of a stock issue, payment failure, delivery restriction or reasonable suspicion of fraud. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars (USD) and may be shown in your local currency. The checkout shows the total price, shipping and any taxes we collect before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees.

Delivery and returns

See our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy for 60-day returns, counted from delivery. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, unless your local law provides otherwise.

Your statutory rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images and the Luggelle name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it to browse and shop for personal purposes only.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. You may also bring a claim before a competent court or dispute-resolution body available to you.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
